Eide Bailly, a top 25 CPA and business advisory firm with over 41 offices across the Midwest and western United States, is seeking a Wealth Transition Services Manager to join our team. What You'll Do:
- Advise and consult on estate planning process for tax perspective, including cash flow projections, income distribution, business succession, estate preservation, and plan flow. - Interpret and review legal documents related to estate and business succession planning. - Provide tax planning and consulting services for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. - Conduct technical research on estate, gift, GST, tax planning, and compliance matters. - Analyze tax situation of clients and their estates/trusts to maximize tax benefits. - Manage client relationships and provide proactive solutions. - Develop business and network.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and active CPA license or JD/LLM (taxation). - 4-8 years of experience in tax and estate planning in public accounting, law firms, or related field. - Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills. - Able to lead and coordinate large estate/gift/GST tax planning engagements. - Multi-tasking master with strong time management skills. - Experienced in business development and networking.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
